Scotchshield brand window security film is a clear multilayer polymer film that helps prevent flying glass shards if glass is broken by high winds or intentional damage and even a bomb blast. Instead of being propelled through the air as potentially lethal shards, the glass remains largely held in place by the film. Scotch-shield has applications in office buildings, banking, retail facilities, and transportation systems.
